Despite many rumors that point to the cancellation of "Grand Theft Auto VI," ("GTA 6") recent claims argue that the game title is unlikely to be canceled. In fact, it is predicted to make its appearance in the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) in 2017 and to be released a year after.
"Grand Theft Auto" ("GTA") is a game franchise developed by Rockstar Games. It is an open-world, action-adventure game that lets players assume the role of an infamous criminal of the city.
Gaming enthusiasts believe that Rockstar Games is most likely to release the sixth installment of "GTA" in 2018. Following its timing or gaps of release in between "GTA" sequels, Rockstar allows a span of four to five years to develop the game. And 2018 marks the fifth year since the predecessor "GTA 5" was released.
According to an NSEAVOICE report, if gamers will look into the "GTA" franchise release patterns, the developers seem to always put an odd sequel title because it offers small-scale, shorter-time gameplay. They speculate that it might be "GTA 6" this time with hopefully an interesting plot.
If that will be the case, the online news source weighs on the possibility that Rockstar Games is likely to prepare a larger-scale gameplay for "GTA 7."
To echo the 2018 release, there are circulating speculations as well that point to the possibility that Rockstar might decide to present "GTA 6" at the E3 2017.
It can be remembered that Rockstar Games was rumored to make the "GTA 6" announcement during PlayStation Meeting event last Sept. 7 where PlayStation 4 Slim (PS4 Slim) and PS4 Pro were both announced. Unfortunately, that did not happen.
The predictions do not stop with the release date. Gamers believe that Rockstar Games might consider releasing "GTA 6" as virtual ready and 4K display ready. As for the gameplay, the developers are speculated to include the actress Eva Mendes as the main female character of the game. But these must be taken very lightly since Rockstar did not confirm any of it yet.
However, on a brighter side, Rockstar Games makes up for all these "GTA 6" uncertainties by finally confirming the release of the much speculated "GTA V Online" downloadable content officially called "Bikers."
As earlier reported, "Bikers" DLC comes with exciting new game features like letting the players create their own Motorcycle Club with seven other players.
