Anti-money laundering is often cited by governments restricting receipt of foreign funding by NGOs, but in South Asia controls are much more severe. India leads the way and has been suffocating the the flow of supply to many charitable causes for some time, Christian NGOs especially. This action goes far beyond accepted international standards and the right to appropriate international fund sharing should be contested in South Asian courts.
