Former senator and boxing champion Manny Pacquiao has returned to public service as secretary and lead convenor of the Philippines’ National Anti-Poverty Commission (NAPC), with Christian leaders urging him to serve vulnerable Filipinos with compassion, integrity and a commitment to God.
