More than 3,300 teenagers and adults from Europe, the United States, and South Korea gathered in Offenburg, Germany, last week for TeenStreet 2026, an annual Christian youth conference organized by Operation Mobilisation, according to Jesus.de.
The eight-day event, held Aug. 1–8 at the city's convention center, marked the 34th edition of the conference. This year's theme, "Paths – Wisdom's Call," guided participants through the biblical book of Proverbs as they explored how God's wisdom takes shape in daily life.
Small-group Bible study was central to the program's design. Lea Brooksiek, the OM staff member overseeing the event, told Jesus.de: "This is the time when the teens dive deep into the Bible, can ask questions, and bring their concerns before God together."
Main sessions combined talks, video presentations, games, and worship through art and dance, alongside periods of silence. A festival-style area called the "TeenStreet Village" offered sports, food stalls, and workshops.
Participants also took their faith outside the conference grounds. Outreach teams went into Offenburg, Kehl, and across the border into Strasbourg, France, where teenagers shared their beliefs through creative activities. A charity run raised more than €62,000 for aid projects in Somalia and Portugal, the publication reported.
The next TeenStreet is scheduled for July 31 to Aug. 7, 2027, again in Offenburg.
